Residential Conveyancer Bolton (Hybrid working) Up to 28,000 - 38,000 DOE This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing, solicitor lawyers and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors since 2011 and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their team. Whats in it for you Annual salary 28,000 to 38,000 DOE Monday to Friday, 9am 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch break Birthday off 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Free parking at office Work with a strong team of 18 staff Hybrid working - 3 days in the office What youll be doing As a Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion Complete SDLT forms What you will have Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
