Job Opportunity: NPD Executive Colour Cosmetics Sector: Beauty & Cosmetics | Experience Level: Junior-Mid-Level Are you passionate about makeup innovation and bringing trend-led products to life? The Role: As our NPD Executive , you''ll play a key role in developing and launching new makeup products across categories including complexion, lips, eyes, and more. Youll work closely with Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to bring exciting concepts to life on time and on trend. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of new colour cosmetics from concept through to launch Track beauty trends, conduct competitor analysis, and contribute to ideation sessions Brief and manage suppliers on product formulations, shades, and textures Oversee product testing, sampling, and approvals in line with brand standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timelines, artwork, and claims Support sustainability and innovation initiatives within the product range Monitor and report on project milestones and performance metrics What We''re Looking For: 2 years'' experience in NPD, preferably within colour cosmetics or beauty A genuine passion for makeup and an eye for trends Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Knowledge of cosmetic formulation and regulatory processes (a bonus!)
