Residential Block Manager - Shropshire Salary: Competitive (based on experience) About Our Client: Our client is a well-established and respected property management company who manage a diverse mixed residential/commercial portfolio. Their clients properties span Shrewsbury, the West Midlands, and the wider Staffordshire region. The Opportunity: The company are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Block Management professional to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in the sector, to a level that will allows them to work autonomously, (with the support of the wider team). Additional Information: Office-Based: The business are pro office working and accordingly like to get the team working together in their office, (accordingly, no hybrid or home working options). Pension: Auto-enrolment scheme via NEST. Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
