What youll be doing: Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups to boost academic progress Assisting classroom teachers with planning and delivering lessons Providing pastoral care and encouraging positive behaviour Running tailored intervention sessions to help pupils meet their learning goals Gaining classroom management experience by covering lessons Supporting students with additional needs, including autism and learning challenges Who were looking for: Were keen to hear from graduates in any of the following fields: English Maths Science Humanities (History, Geography, RE) Languages Art & Design Psychology / Social Sciences Sports & Physical Activity You dont need prior classroom experience just a positive attitude, a genuine interest in working with children, and the drive to build a career in education.
