Administrator | 25,000 | Construction Sector Location: Norwich Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: 25,000 per annum Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator looking to join a thriving business? We are working with a well-established company that is experiencing exciting growth and is now seeking an Administrator to support their busy team. About the Role: You will play a vital role in ensuring project documentation and key information are accurately uploaded and maintained across client and project portals. Key Responsibilities: Uploading project documents, certificates, and reports to various client portals Ensuring all data and files are accurately named, categorised, and maintained Managing deadlines to ensure timely submissions Liaising with internal teams to gather required documentation Updating internal trackers and maintaining compliance records Supporting wider administrative tasks within the department About You: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident using online portals and Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience within the construction sector is advantageous but not essential Benefits: Competitive salary of 25,000 Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends!)
