Bid Manager - Grounds Maintenance Up to 65,000 Northamptonshire (3 days office / 2 remote) Lead the bids function and manage a small in-house team Were working with a national grounds maintenance provider - part of one of the worlds largest home services group. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on writing, winning, and managing people. Youll oversee all live bid submissions, develop team capability, and act as a strategic point of contact across the business.
