Technical Coordinator SME Housebuilder Evesham | Up to 55,000 Package Walker & Sloan have been instructed to recruit a Technical Coordinator for a respected SME housebuilder based in Evesham. Youll be responsible for managing the design and technical process across small-to-medium-sized residential developments, working closely with land, planning, commercial and construction teams. Key tasks: Managing consultants and coordinating technical drawings Overseeing technical approvals (S278, S104, building regs) Resolving onsite technical queries during construction phase Managing tender drawings and value engineering exercises Ideal experience: Previous experience in a housebuilding technical department Background either with a housebuilder, developer or consultancy Knowledge of residential planning processes and regulations Able to manage multiple consultants and tight programmes Whats on offer: Salary up to 55,000 depending on experience Car allowance and mileage expenses Pension, healthcare and generous holidays Friendly, supportive team culture Speak to Jack Houghton at Walker & Sloan to find out more.
