This isnt about throwing endless jargon at a deadline and hoping for the best. Its about creating clear, credible, and compelling submissions that show clients not just what the team is capable of, but why this is the team to deliver their projects. We are working with a fast-moving contractor based in Kent that is quietly building something quite impressive. With a focus on high-value industrial new builds, logistics hubs, warehouses and manufacturing facilities, the Bid Writer will be at the sharp end of helping to bring in the next wave of work. We need a Bid Writer who understands strategy and structure. Somebody who know that a strong bid is built on so much more than just templates and checklists. Your world will look something like this: Youll work closely with estimators, planners, and directors to pull together winning bid submissions for projects ranging from 5m to 45m. You''ll gather the technical detail, turn it into persuasive content and ensure every tender reflects the company''s tone, track record, and intent And you''ll have the space to bring ideas, improve processes and elevate the way bids are delivered across the board. This is a place where peoples voices matter.
