Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand love. Design and update our website (think landing pages, visuals, UX improvements). Own our email marketing strategy from automation flows to newsletter content. Create standout graphics and assets for campaigns, socials, and the website. Manage our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) to improve customer journeys. What You Bring: 3 years in a marketing role with hands-on experience across the full digital mix. A strong grasp of social media strategy, paid and organic. Web design know-how WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Confidence in creating and sending email campaigns that perform.
