Area Surveyor (Building / Maintenance / Project management) Leisure & Hospitality London, Home counties | Competitive Salary Bonus Car A leading hospitality and leisure group is looking for experienced Area Surveyors to join their Estates team. Youll be responsible for the upkeep and investment of a portfolio of around 60 pubs and hotels, covering both minor refurbishments and major projects exceeding 2m. This field-based role requires travel across London and Home Counties. Youll manage your own workload, liaise with contractors and consultants, and ensure properties are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Inspect sites, prepare reports, and identify maintenance needs Plan and manage refurbishment and investment works Ensure legal and health & safety compliance Work closely with internal teams and external consultants Oversee budgets, tenders, and project delivery Advise on planning, party wall matters, and statutory notices Requirements: RICS qualified or equivalent experience in hospitality/leisure property Strong knowledge of M&E, trade kitchens, and listed buildings Excellent communication and organisation skills Full UK driving licence If you are a highly motivated and experienced property / construction Project Manager with a passion for the Hospitality / Leisure / Retail industry, we encourage you to apply.
