We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Sales Advisor based in our Halifax branch youll be responsible for:Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouseMerchandising displays to a high standard in the branch.This is a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.And heres what wed like you to have:Plumbing & Heating or merchant experience would be idealProven experience in a face to face sales/customer service positionGreat communication skills and a customer-first approachGreat team player and willing to support in all areas of the branchWillingness to learn with an enthusiastic approachA driving licence is preferable as you will be required to cover the regular driver when he is out of the businessWe look forward to receiving your application!#ACHS150
