Were looking for a motivated and technically-minded individual to join our team in Plymouth as a Moulding Production Technician . In this role, youll be responsible for operating injection moulding machines to manufacture plastic components (Vacutainer Tubes & Caps), working within a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment. Shift Pattern : Continuous night shift 3 days on, 3 days off Hours : 11pm 11am Shift Premium : An impressive 48% on top of your base salary! What Youll Do: Operate and monitor injection moulding machines Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (root cause analysis) Carry out routine and preventative maintenance Support annual machine maintenance alongside PM Technicians Follow health 'safety and quality standards Drive improvements through lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, etc.) Collaborate closely with Operators, Engineers, Quality Techs & Shift Leaders Maintain records via SAP and ensure compliance through inspections About You: Level 3 qualification in Engineering (essential) Experience in a technical/manufacturing role Injection moulding experience (desirable but not essential) Strong mechanical/electrical fault-finding skills Detail-oriented, with a passion for quality and efficiency Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems Ready to take the next step in your career and work with a company that values innovation and continuous improvement?
