Join us as a Commercial Relationship Manager in Asset Finance Business DirectThis is an opportunity for a Commercial Relationship Manager to take on an exciting new career challengeWell look to you to originate, grow and retain existing customer relationships to support the development of your allocated territory portfolioYoull have the chance to build and maintain a wide network of stakeholders of varying degrees of seniorityYoull be expected to work from the Rotherham office 2 days per week minimumWhat you'll doIn this telephony based role, youll be providing customer focused finance solutions, while building and maintaining internal relationships to generate incremental new business.Youll also be:Executing the contact strategy to generate business volume, including managing internal relationships in the bank and existing customer relationshipsAdhering to pricing as defined in the product pricing matrixProactively contacting customers where they have default arrears, understanding their current situation, and making arrangements to bring arrears up-to-dateProviding customer centric solutions through an understanding of products and services and an awareness of the external marketplace to meet customer needsMaking sure existing active relationships lead to customer referrals and repeat businessThe skills you'll needTo succeed in this role, youll need knowledge and experience of all sales processes and policies, along with an initial awareness of contract hire and the external autos market.
