We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lathe Setter Operator to join our clients busy team on a permanent basis.Our client manufactures quality products in a variety of stainless, carbon & nickel alloys in the Telford area.Previous experience operating manual lathes/machines is essential.Skills required:The ability to monitor the running of machines, ensuring they are loaded/unloaded with minimal down timeCapstan and manual lathe setting & operatingWorking to tight tolerances ensuring quality standards are met using vernier & micrometer gaugesAble to read engineering machining drawingsThis role may also involve performing other day to day duties as part of the team including grinding, thread rolling and packing.Working hours:Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00 (30 minute lunch break)An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.JBRP1_UKTJ
