We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a well-established team in a local authority. This role will require you to travel around the South Lincolnshire area. The successful will receive mileage from home to site. Position: Damp and Mould Surveyor Salary: 36-40 per hour Contract type: 3-month contract, potential to go permanent As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll be: Inspecting low levels of damp and mould Finding the immediate cause and identifying the remedial work You will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and residents during inspection As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll need: HNC or HND qualification necessary in a relevant trade Qualification RICs (preferable) Qualification CIOB (preferable) Experience in social housing If this role as a Damp and Mould Surveyor is of interest, please contact Fatima on / 07488866707 TPBN1_UKTJ
