My client, a Silicon Valley-based tech start-up up is seeking a Lead UXer who is ready to join a fast-paced SaaS start-up that leverages AI to help streamline their clients' processes to build and ship digital products faster.Reporting to the CEO, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, getting close to their customers to make the product sing, push the dial so it's more than a usable product, but also a lovable one.Strong information architecture skills - understanding how to design intuitive user experiences beyond just creating pretty visualsExperience in designing AI-driven design and data-rich interfacesAbility to do proactive customer research and directly observe user interactionsProblem-solving capabilities with original thinking, not just copying existing designsEntrepreneurial mindset willing to work flexibly and collaborate across teamsExperience in B2B SaaS product designAbility to transform a product from "usable" to "lovable" by deeply understanding user needsComfort with AI tools and technologyWillingness to go above and beyond to complete assignmentsUnderstanding of startup culture and Silicon Valley work approachThe successful candidate will be someone who can solve complex design challenges, anticipate user needs, and create an intuitive, seamless user experience that ensures that users are fully engaged so that it becomes a key piece of software in their day-to-day work.Hybrid working, occasional days in the central London office.Equity available with base salary
