Flexible People Ltd is seeking experienced 7.5T drivers for a well-known company based in Swanley . Job Overview: As a 7.5T driver , you will: - Report to the depot each morning, where your vehicle will be preloaded with various products. - Complete 10-15 multi-drop deliveries per shift, ensuring accuracy at each stop. - Handle some pallet deliveries and operate a tail lift (experience preferred but not essential). - Perform heavy lifting and handballing , requiring good physical fitness. - Provide excellent customer service , as you will be representing the company. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must: - Be over 21 years old - Hold a valid CPC and Tacho card - Have at least one year of experience driving a 7.5T vehicle - Have no more than 6 penalty points (No DD, DR, or NI convictions) - Be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) - Be physically fit , as the role involves manual handling Working Hours & Pay: - Monday to Friday - Start time: 5:30 AM 6:00 AM - 9 -11 hour shifts - 16.06 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Additional Information: - Full-time availability is required. - You must own black or navy smart work trousers, a t-shirt, a high-vis vest, and safety boots . - Pre-employment electronic paperwork must be completed before starting.
