Responsibilities of this Matron role include: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the hospiceOversee two specialist 5-bed units, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered within the Children & Young Adults departmentProvide leadership and guidance to the nursing team and the wider MDTWork collaboratively with other units at the hospice and foster an environment of positive integration within the serviceDevelop and implementhigh-quality, family-centred palliative care modelsEnsure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards, maintaining an environment of clinical excellenceTo apply for this Matron position, you will be a Registered Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) with a valid NMC pin.
