Technical Co-ordinator Location: Eaglescliffe (Head Office) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 35,000 40,000 (depending on experience) Holidays: 31 days including bank holidaysAbout the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known regional developer delivering award-winning homes and high-quality commercial spaces across the North of England. They are now seeking an experienced Technical Co-ordinator to join their growing technical team.As a Technical Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role supporting developments from initial planning stages through to project completion. You will liaise with utility companies, coordinate legal agreements, manage SAP and BREL documentation, and work closely with internal departments, contractors, building control, and warranty providers.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Section/Legal Agreements with local authorities and utility providersApply for new service connections and arrange disconnections for developmentsManage and maintain SAP reports and BREL documentationUpdate and manage technical department documents and systemsDraft and send professional correspondenceLiaise with the sales team to support project deliveryProvide technical support during the construction phaseEnsure successful completions by working with building control and warranty providersLiaise with trades to obtain certification of worksAssist in clearing planning conditions and monitoring complianceWhat Were Looking For:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar technical co-ordination role within the housebuilding or commercial development industryStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent attention to detailConfident in liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholdersBenefits:Competitive salary (35,000 40,000 DOE)31 days holiday (including bank holidays)Opportunities to work with an established and award-winning regional developerReady to take the next step in your career?
