What Youll Be Doing:Welcoming residents and guests with warmth and professionalismMonitoring CCTV, access control, and fire safety systemsConducting regular security patrolsManaging post, deliveries, and key handlingHandling resident queries and emergenciesKeeping communal spaces clean and presentableLogging incidents and providing detailed handovers to the day team What Were Looking For:Experience as a Night Concierge or in residential/hospitality front-of-houseExcellent communication and professional presentationConfident working independently and under pressureProactive, reliable, and highly attentive to detailKnowledge of building security proceduresExperience within luxury residential or premium hospitality settings is a bonus!
