This role focuses on growing adoption and sales of Surface devices and modern workplace solutions through a network of channel partners and distributors.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and performance across a portfolio of partners by supporting enablement, sales execution, and pipeline development for the full Surface portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with key partners, resellers, and distributors across the North of EnglandDeliver remote and onsite support to partners, prioritizing high-potential accountsProvide expert knowledge on the Surface product range, including training on devices, pricing, promotions, and partner programsDrive partner sales floor engagement and activation strategiesEnable partners to identify and close modern workplace opportunities, ensuring full attach across accessories, services, and warrantiesCollaborate closely with Partner Development Managers to align on account planning and joint business objectivesMonitor and report partner performance, including weekly updates and scorecardsSupport internal and external communication to ensure visibility of pipeline and performanceAssist with quarterly business reviews and strategic planningCandidate ProfileRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware and/or software commercial salesProven experience working with resellers or distributorsStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment
