The Role As an Associate or Senior Associate in the Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects across utilities, gas and water pipelines, transport, rail, renewables, decarbonisation, highways, and bridges. You'll work on high-value projects, typically exceeding 200m.This is a perfect role for professionals with a strong technical understanding of infrastructure projects, procurement processes, and experience with NEC and MF1 contracts. What We're Looking For:Degree qualified (preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline).MRICS preferred (training support available if required).Pre- and post-contract experience in infrastructure/utility projects.Experience with high-value engineering projects in energy, utilities, highways, or transport.Consultancy or main contractor experience is highly desirable.Strong technical and commercial mindset.Experience navigating complex contracts and procurement processes in heavy engineering.Client-facing experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Leadership and mentoring skills to support junior team members.
