Your role will be to assist the service manager in delivering outstanding levels of care to the people we support. You will be working across nine sites, supporting ten individuals with all aspects of their daily lives, whilst mentoring and supporting the staff team to ensure that people are receiving high quality support that promotes independence and meets their goals and aspirations. Applicants will be able to work independently, using their own initiative. They will need to be a team player, with excellent communication skills who can cope under pressure. You will have a person centred approach and work to Bethphages values, policies and procedures. Some elements of personal care will be required for this role. Sleep ins and weekend/bank holiday work may also required. This role is full time off rota, however some support work may be required where needed. The successful candidate should be willing to work evening's and weekends to support the full staff team.
