We help them convert people on their email list to:Grow their membership communitiesSell coursesSell high-ticket bootcamps and programmesWere growing FAST.And thats where youll come in.Up to now, I (Alex, the founder) have been doing the project management, but Im no expert in this and Im causing a bottleneck!I need a real expert to come in and get systems and processes in place to make sure:-Client emails go out when they need to-Were sending work to clients with enough time for them to review-Clients review work on time-Were briefing clients on things we need from them in good time-Our VA designs and schedules emails on time-Were reporting results to clients efficiently-Everyone is working on the right jobs each day (based on how urgent things are)So were on the lookout for a project manager with marketing agency experience to help us implement and manage our systems and processes, to make sure were always ahead with client work and everyone has what they need.Youll have a borderline blank slate with this Im looking for someone to come in, implement a system, then take charge of this.Weve been using a PM system (Moxie) that isnt working, so Im open to you suggesting a different system for us to use.Im basically looking for someone whos excited about growing with us. We have 15 clients right now, with the aim to scale to 30 by the end of the year. So youre going to be crucial to making that happen!About You:To thrive in this role:You already have 2+ years of experience as a project manager within a marketing/advertising agency.Youll love the idea of helping us start from scratch with our processes and systems, and will be excited by the idea of helping shape this side of the business.You want to mainly work Monday Friday 9am to 5pm (flexible hours are available).Youll be happy working from home, but will enjoy the odd 2-3 day in-person training up in Newcastle (expenses paid, obv).Youve got a good sense of humour and no BS approachYouve got an eye for detail.
