Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will support the full accounts receivable cycle across the European region, helping to ensure financial integrity, timely collections, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.Assist in daily cash application, including allocation of incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts.Help monitor accounts to identify overdue payments, escalating risks to the Accounts Receivable Manager.Liaise with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and manage queries professionally.Assist with the preparation of ageing reports and provide updates on outstanding balances.Support the credit management process, including gathering information for customer credit reviews.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and finance teams, to help resolve account issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.Assist with monthly and quarterly accounts receivable reporting.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the accounts receivable function.What are we looking for?13 years of experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance role.Experience working in the apparel, consumer products, or a fast-paced commercial environment (preferred).Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Salary circa 40-45kFor more information, please contact Fraser Graham today.
