The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving and diversifying the business while building trust with employees, customers, investors, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Shape and execute the companys strategic growth plan in partnership with the leadership team Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, supply chain, and production, ensuring efficiency and commercial performance Drive product innovation, service development, and market expansion Identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships within the sector Inspire and lead a high-performing team, maintaining a collaborative, inclusive, and values-led culture Champion succession planning, career development, and employee growth Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong commercial focus Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities A track record of leading organisations through significant change, including acquisitions and/or successful exits A people-first, low-ego leadership style, with the visibility, energy, and hands-on approach to engage teams at all levels Strategic agility, with the ability to respond to evolving market needs and customer demands Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, cash flow, and investor relations Ideally, strong ties to Norfolk or the surrounding area to support a regular presence at the facility If you''re a manufacturing leader passionate about driving sustainable growth and building high-performing teams through authentic, values-led leadership, wed love to hear from you.
