Junior HR Services Specialist - Our Incora Story is really taking off wed love you to join us for the journeyAs the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as aJunior HR Services SpecialistThe HR Junior Specialist is responsible for supporting HR Team to deliver highest quality HR services related to Employee life cycle and is required to maintain employee records, including personnel status updates, onboarding new hires and terminations in HRIS as well as in personal files.The HR Junior Specialist will be assisting data delivery to for payroll providers and coordinating benefits for employees.The HR Junior Specialist will create and manage a variety of reports from the Company's HRIS system and ensure data audits in the systems.This position requires a good general understanding of data and personal files management, familiarity of Human Resources concepts, practices and procedures, a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation, good communication skills.ResponsibilitiesAdministration and data integrity management of personnel records.Maintaining regulatory compliance of maintaining and reporting of personnel data.Facilitating positive employee experience.Contributing to continuous improvement activities to simplify and enhance processes and technologies.Perform accurate and timely HRIS data entry of employment-related actions and process changes in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare of Employment documentation (from Hire to Retire) and ensure employee personal files update in line to country specific, policies, processes and operating procedures.Ensure HRIS and files data accuracy via frequent audits and peer checks.Maintain and update core HR information in the HRIS systems (worksite locations, department data, job code information).Coordinate correct assignment of benefits and respond on incoming queries.Prepare reports for assigned scope and respond on ad-hoc reports request.Participate in HR projects and contribute in continuous improvement activities to simplify and enhance processes and technologies.Administrate, audit, and support data integration feeds between HR Systems and Vendor Portals.RequirementsBachelors Degree in a field related to HRA minimum of 1 year previous experience in HR data administration, employee training or HR support with emphasis in systems and analysis.Knowledge and competency working with integrated data systems and HRIS programs.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, mail merge, as applicable).Knowledge of Visio and graphic software skills will be a plus.Strong English skills reading, writing and speaking.Strong attention to detail and proven understanding of record keeping and audit compliance functions.Proven ability to generate reports and perform standard analytical analysis.Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers.Demonstrated ability to work independently and be flexible in changing roles or priorities quickly.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.So, if you feel that the above describes you well, and want to be part of developing the Incora Story, apply now we cant wait to hear from you!About usIncora (a merge of 2 great companies: Pattonair and Wesco Aircraft) is a leading, global provider of innovative supply chain solutions.
