If you are a strategic thinker, digital expert, and inspiring team leader ready to make an impact in the UK healthcare communications space, we would love to hear from you...Here we Grow!Responsibilities:Lead digital healthcare communications strategies and campaigns for key UK and Global pharma client accountsProvide expert counsel on paid social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, tailored to the UK healthcare marketDevelop and execute influencer and advocacy marketing programs in the UK healthcare spaceManage project profitability, oversee client budgets in GBP, and hold responsibility for overall account performanceEffectively lead, inspire and mentor UK-based account teams to deliver high-quality workCollaborate with internal teams like the design studio to create impactful content for UK audiencesContribute to new business efforts, deliver presentations, and help grow the digital healthcare practice in the UKSkills that thrill:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital healthcare communications in the UK, with a strong track record at global PR agenciesDeep expertise in paid social media strategy and hands-on experience running campaigns on major platforms, with a focus on the UK healthcare marketProven ability to develop and execute successful influencer and advocacy programs in the UK healthcare industryExcellent business communication, presentation, and writing skillsStrong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop innovative digital medical communications strategiesSkilled at prioritizing and managing time across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in the UKPassion for staying at the forefront of digital trends and innovations in UK healthcare communicationsFamiliarity with UK healthcare regulations, such as ABPI Code of Practice, and how they impact digital communicationsAbout us:Porter Novelli is the strategic communications company built on purpose to Do Business Better.
