A strong technical understanding of integration with third-party systems, HVAC plant, and applications is essential. Ideally, you will have an electrical bias with at least 3 years' experience with Trend Controls and/or Tridium/Niagara.Responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality BMS PPM activities across Mities portfolio of FM clients with professionalism and commitment.Identifying opportunities for improvements and remedial works to enhance BMS performance for clients and site teams.Conducting surveys, preparing proposals, and quoting for small/remedial works.Supporting the BMS Operations team with reactive callouts.Gaining experience in Tridium, Trend, and Distech through small project commissioning.Team Collaboration:You will work within the National BMS Operation, comprising over 50 engineers and support staff, under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager.Experience & Skills:Knowledge at the Trend Expert competency level, with confidence in modifying software and schematics for IQVision.Proficiency with SET or alternative Software Engineering Tools.Strong knowledge of two BMS solutions, capable of designing/modifying software and schematics.Experience integrating solutions via protocols like Modbus, M-Bus, Bacnet.Good understanding of IT networks and IP configuration is preferred.We offer benefits to support your lifestyle, including virtual GP services, financial wellbeing schemes, flexible holiday options, high street discounts, cycle-to-work schemes, life cover, pension schemes, share plans, and employee recognition programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
