Whether you come from a recruitment background or are looking to transition into the industry, this is your chance to make a real impact.What youll be doing: Talent Scouting: Actively identifying and engaging brilliant creatives across design, strategy, production and more. Client Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with leading agencies and brands. End-to-End Recruitment: Managing briefs from start to finish matching the right people to the right opportunities. Market Insight: Staying ahead of creative industry trends and advising both clients and talent with confidence. Community Engagement: Representing Peas at events, building networks and keeping our presence strong in the sector.What were looking for: Experience as a recruiter or agent with creative, design or branding sector experience An organised, proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities with ease. A great communicator who builds trust and strong relationships. Solid administration skills. A commercially minded team player who brings positivity, ideas and energy.
