The post-holder will be responsible for delivering commercial performance, leading an account, and supporting Senior Account Managers with account support and administration of customers.In this role, you will:Provide support and administration for Ocado and WaitroseLead account forecasting in collaboration with Finance and Demand Planning, including Base, NPD, Promotional forecasting, and ensuring financial accuracyAssist Customer Business Manager in developing a successful Juice AOPMaintain strong trading relationships and wiring plansEvaluate and review promotional performance with category teams to make necessary adjustmentsCollaborate internally across category, finance, shopper marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and supply chain to maximise performance through WCCEProvide EPOS reporting & keep all trackers up to dateOversee field priorities and execution calendar when neededAdminister and account for sales investments, especially promotions, including promotion reviews, invoice validation, and managing deductions and claimsSupport the period close process, handling accruals and balance sheet reconciliationsOwn Trade Promotion and Settlements reporting for each account, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reportsWork closely with the sales team and other business stakeholders to implement new business processes, especially around SAP and TPM implementationThis list covers the main duties you will undertake, but other duties may be required and added as needed to meet project and business needs.
