OverviewA Marketing automation expert to help us create optimized funnels and flows for GrowthRocks and our international clients, empowering unique marketing concepts to come to life. Were looking for an aspiring Marketing Automation expert to help us create optimized funnels and flows, enabling innovative marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesCreating & optimizing landing pages for lead generation and sales, to be promoted across the digital landscapePerforming A/B testing & ROI optimization across digital propertiesCreating hyper-targeted campaigns based on user interactions across a companys digital properties (website, social media, email campaigns, etc.)Developing lead scoring formulas, monitoring conversion rates to MQLs, analyzing and improving sales funnels to increase ROI and profitabilityBuilding and maintaining customer journeys, advanced nurture sequences, drip and one-time email campaigns across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement and conversionsConducting ongoing A/B testing related to subject lines, email copy, layouts, and CTAs that improve conversionsCreating workflows and customer journey maps to guide campaign and process developmentImplementing and managing the Marketing automation stack, including pixel placement, tracking URLs, Google Tag Manager optimization, and connecting website forms and pop-ups to automation toolsCompany CultureAt GrowthRocks, we work in small groups, each responsible for our company's and clients' success. Additionally, experience in at least two of the following is required:At least 2 years of experience in Marketing AutomationHands-on experience with Zapier, Integromat, PieSync, Automate.io, or similar toolsMinimum of one year experience with platforms like Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, Intercom, Drift, AutopilotKnowledge of Marketing Automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered/drip campaigns, segmentation, lead scoring)Experience designing and implementing sophisticated sales funnels, including landing pages, checkout processes, upsell schemes, and lead generation quizzesIt is mandatory to possess:Confidence and willingness to learn quickly.
