Sales and Account Manager - West LondonReporting to: Jake Carlsson Boyd, London On Trade LeadThe opportunity:We are looking for a Sales and Account Managerto join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol-free beer.In this role you will foster and build exceptional relationships with our influential customer base, drive new business, and support the London sales strategy, feeding into the wider on-trade plan.Covering a key territory for us, you'll be spending your days working in the finest pubs, bars and restaurants in neighbourhoods including Soho, Camden, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Mayfair, Paddington, Hampstead Heath & Highgate to name a few.Youll need to be both strategic and hands-on,these accounts are among the most influential in the UK andyou will be expected to know them inside out- building truly collaborative relationships thatdeliver for both Lucky Saint and the customer.We are a team who passionately care about the brand and maintaining exceptionally high standards at all touch points of the business. Since the launch of our 0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UKs best operators, and the media.A day in the life in this role:First job: Checking task lists, clearing inboxes and catching up on the previous day's adminMid-morning: Meet some of the Lucky Saint team at our own Pub in Marylebone to share ideas and ways of workingLate-morning: Out into trade to meet some existing customersLunch: With a wholesale sales rep to share data and insightsAfternoon: Meetings with customers intermixed with sampling new consumers, build staff advocacy, training bar teams and prospecting new accountsLast job: See out the day in a West London pub with a pint of Lucky Saint while you wrap up any actions from the day's work before hosting a Lucky Saint sponsored activation.Salary range: 32-36kKey responsibilities:Delivering the companys sales and profit targets for the On-Trade channel inLondon focused specifically on WestLondon-throughexploding our performance withinmarket leading independents, multiple retail groups and supporting national accounts.Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer throughdevelopingcast-iron relationships with allrelevantOn Tradecustomers,wholesalers, their salesteams, and theirdecision makers to createa sales strategy driven to influenceYou will manage,nurtureand grow an existing portfolio of Lucky SaintcustomersYou willbuild relationships with prospective customers,growingour customer base and distribution with theabsolute bestvenues throughout London.You will deliver brilliant category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and ROSSupport and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accountsContinually develop your understanding of both the beer andnon-alcoholiccategory with a focus on a data driven approach to sales.You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting where needed as well as effectively maintain an up-to-date CRM and any business essential administration.What we are looking for in you:The successful candidate will be hands-on: a bright, commercially-minded individual.
