We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Executive to join this innovative entertainment and hospitality group. With over 1,300 events a year across multiple UK and international locations, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on campaigns that drive real impact. The Paid Media Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimising paid media campaigns to maximise ticket sales and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS). Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad content, including copy, images, and videos. Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient and high-performing campaigns. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media. Collaborate with event planners and the wider marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall event strategies. What We''re Looking For: 3 years of experience in paid media, ideally within events, entertainment, or hospitality. Proven experience managing successful paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms. Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. A passion for events and an understanding of audience demographics within the industry. Nice to Have: Experience working with Meta Dynamic Local Ads. What''s in it for You?
