The R oleThis role will offer a stimulating mix of active litigation and preventative advisory work, working closely with the firm''s sizeable non-contentious real estate team. Youll manage your own caseload and support on complex matters across tribunals and courts, offering proactive solutions on a wide range of commercial real estate disput es.Key responsibilities inclu de:Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants, and property development issu es.Representing clients in court proceedings and tribuna ls.Drafting and reviewing technical legal documen ts.Working closely with transactional real estate teams to identify risks and mitigate disput es.Participating in business development and client relationship buildi ng. About YouYoull be a qualified solicitor w ith:5 years PQE in real estate disputes within a well-regarded legal pract ice.Proven experience in tribunal and court w ork.Strong technical skills with a high level of analytical and forensic abil ity.Clear and concise drafting skills with exceptional attention to det ail.Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to resolving client iss ues.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationsh ips.A genuine interest in real estate and dispute resolut ion. Desirable quali ties:A collaborative approach and interes t in growing the RED pra c tice.Willingness to get involved in networking and BD initiat ives.Experience advising across sectors such as healthcare, education, and develop ment.
