Senior Associate Employment Lawyer Location: London (Hybrid Working) Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience A highly respected UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to join its dynamic and growing employment team. This opportunity is being handled on a confidential basis by MAP Legal on behalf of the firm. The Role This role is ideal for a seasoned employment lawyer with a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will play a key role in supporting a broad client base across multiple sectors, including employers in education, public services, real estate, and commercial enterprises. Key responsibilities include: Advising on a full spectrum of employment issues including contracts, policies, grievances, dismissals, redundancy, and TUPE Representing clients in Employment Tribunal litigation Supporting corporate transactions with employment law due diligence and documentation Delivering client training and contributing to thought leadership and marketing initiatives Supervising junior lawyers and helping drive team development and strategy About You To succeed in this role, you will likely have: 5 years PQE with a focus on employment law (candidates with slightly more or less experience will be considered on merit) Strong advisory and advocacy experience Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness A collaborative working style and the ability to foster client relationships Interest or experience in working with clients in the education or public sectors is a plus, but not essential Whats on Offer A supportive, collegiate environment that promotes flexible working Exposure to high-quality work and blue-chip clients Career development and progression opportunities A competitive remuneration package and benefits This is a standout opportunity for a talented employment lawyer to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking firm that values innovation, excellence, and integrity.
