In TMCs words, ZERO is how we make. The Job Were looking for a Post Producer to join the team and help us bring our vision to life. Working closely with our Post Production Director & EP, youll be a key player in building a world-class production offering from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to join ZERO Post at an early stage, operate with influence and have a huge impact on the future of post production. What you''ll do Help design and implement fresh, forward-thinking post production systems and processes that will set ZERO apart. Lead the charge in building an exciting, diverse roster of post production talent that reflects our values of innovation, creativity, and inclusivity. Work closely with the Post Production Director & EP to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly, on time, and on budget, while also staying true to our creative vision and values. Be a key figure within the business, becoming an essential link between The Midnight Clubs project teams and ZEROs post production talent. Keep your finger on the pulse of updates within the industry, acting on intelligence to develop new product strategies. Keep close to key cultural moments and how they impact the product we are building. Build and nurture strong relationships with talent, clients, and industry partners to expand our network and uncover new opportunities. Youll work closely with the EP to deliver agreed profit margins on each project, be responsible for the timely reconciliation of productions and reporting of production finances. Anticipate, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the post production process, using creativity and resourcefulness to solve complex challenges and develop proactive solutions that keep projects running smoothly. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and deadlines effectively. Collaborate closely with creative directors, retouchers, editors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Assign tasks, provide feedback, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards for all post production work. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy. Support with troubleshooting technical issues. Technical Proficiency: Be ahead of the curve with the latest post production software and techniques. What Were Looking For Youve got proven experience as a Post Production Supervisor, Manager or Post Producer in a production company or similar position within an internal production team at a global creative agency. A minimum of 4 years experience in the post production sector whos looking to advance their career. You have an extensive body of work and have produced world class campaigns for global brands, managing post-production budgets of up to 150k. Youre a natural leader with a talent for bringing out the best in your team, and youre passionate about helping new talent thrive. Youve got a deep understanding of the post production industry, but youre also excited about rethinking how things are done and open to the challenge of doing things differently. Youve got a strong network in the industry and know how to build relationships that open doors to new talent and opportunities. Youre a great communicator and can balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track.
