Social media coordinator PROPERONI Position: Social Media Coordinator Duration: Full Time from June 2025 (Flex to go to 4 days a week if needed) Location: Colindale, Northwest London (with some remote working required) Reports to: Head of Marketing Salary: Competitive (flexible depending on experience) About Us: Meet Properoni the brainchild of Estom Ltd, pepperoni experts whove been supplying UK''s top pizzerias for decades . We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our small team as a social media coordinator to help us on our brand mission to rid the world of mediocre pepperoni! Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms including TikTok and Instagram, taking full ownership of all social channels and identifying areas for growth. Creating engaging content to enhance brand presence and reach target audiences. Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations. Engage in social listening providing valuable insights and monitor online trends for reactive brand opportunities. Work with the head of marketing to identify key brand partnerships with complementary brands and potential influencers. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing and compelling content for social media. The ideal candidate would be familiar with Canva, Photoshop and video editing software as content creation is a key focus in this role. Generate ideas for blog posts, articles, emails out and multimedia content to support the annual marketing plan. Ideal candidates would have experience with Klaviyo (or similar) and some knowledge of Shopify ecommerce platforms and google analytics to support wider digital marketing activity. Campaign Support: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Assist in coordinating online promotions, contests, and giveaways. Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions. Ad hoc Support Provide ad hoc support for marketing events such as consumer facing shows and sampling events when required. Assist the sales and marketing team with store compliance checks. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing or a related field. Passion for and good understanding of social media platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements: Available to visit the Colindale office in North London.
