Join our Office Support team to help ensure smooth, polished daily operations across our offices at Greencoat House and Gordon House. You''ll play a vital role in maintaining excellent service and communication for staff, clients, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily office walkarounds, noting housekeeping and maintenance needs Respond to Office Support emails and escalate when needed Support onboarding/offboarding: update trackers and set up accounts Manage stock ordering: food, office supplies, and consumables Raise POs, credit card requests, and set up new vendors Assist with DSE assessments and H&S admin, including training bookings Help with room setups, postroom cover, and mobile phone orders Support wellbeing events like Payday Pizza with the Thrive Team Skills & Experience: Calm under pressure, well-organized, and proactive Great communicator with strong multitasking and time management abilities Experience in fast-paced or service-focused environments Tech-savvy: MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Collaborative and culture-conscious CCP DE&I Statement: We believe that DE&I is about creating a strong culture of inclusion within our agency, where everyone can thrive and be their authentic self.
