The successful candidate will monitor contractor performance, carry out surveys and site inspections, analyse data trends, and support improvements to local bus infrastructure.Working closely with operators, highways teams, and parking enforcement, you will help identify and resolve operational "hotspots" to improve service delivery and maximise revenue protection.
