Join NCP, a leading provider in the parking sector, supporting projects across rail, NHS, and airport facilities.About the RoleAs an FM Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Assisting with the FM helpdesk and asbestos management. Supporting major works, maintenance, and health and safety plans. Working with estate management, operations, and contractors to drive cost-effective solutions. Lead the planning and delivery of essential maintenance, life-cycle works, and small projects across your region. Conduct detailed condition surveys and provide expert advice on building fabric, maintenance, and statutory compliance. Manage contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work. Collaborate with site teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding property performance. Help develop and refine our asset management strategies. What Were Looking For Qualifications: Degree educated, RICS/CIOB/MICE qualified (or extensive experience). Experience: Multi-site FM, civil/structural engineering, landlord/tenant legislation, and car park maintenance strategies. Technical Knowledge: CDM regulations, CAFM systems, asbestos legislation. Skills: Problem-solving, negotiation, and project management. Drivers License: Full UK driving license required. Why Join Us?
