What will you be doing? You will be lead tender planning and programming activities within the pre-construction team, Collaborating with estimators and the wider bid team to work out cost and work breakdown structures, Presenting programmes at tender settlement meetings, Liaising with Preconstruction, Project Teams, Clients and Supply Chain, Tracking the tender vs actual project performance, Supporting the delivery of 4-6 tenders per month with a target 1-in-4 win rate. Where will you be doing it? Our client is a well established Civil Engineering firm in the North West, specialising in delivering infrastructure projects. What you'll need: Relevant degree or qualification, Industry background and experience working as a Pre-Construction Planner, Knowledge of highway & structure projects is necessary, Experience using ASTA, P6 and MSP, Understanding NEC 3 & NEC 4 Contracts, Civil Engineering background.
