SWIFT Temps Ltd Engineering Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work for our client based in Keighley on a permanent basis.Role Duties & Responsibilities* To provide electrical and mechanical maintenance to a range of machinery including shrink wrappers, conveyors, generators, chillers and bottling machinery* Reacting to urgent breakdowns reducing machine down time to a minimum* Electrical repairs to motors, drivers, inverters, encoders, boards, wiring, switches, relays, contractors, sensors* PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults- Recording and commissioning all fault findings* Assisting with projects and the installation of the new plant- Communicating effectively with the engineering manager* Assisting the developing and implementing line improvements, new installations, office repairs* Planned maintenance and any other tasks deemed appropriate by the engineering manager* Must be prepared to work across two sites in Keighley and GrassingtonExperience RequiredExperience preferred in the areas below - further development and training will be provided.* Electronics/plc* Pneumatics* Mechanical engineering* Mig and Tig welding* A proven track record in an engineering and fault finding role* A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic* Relevant Apprentice training or relevant qualifications...
