Kricket Shoreditch, our newest location, is housed in a restored Victorian dispensary with design by Cake Architecture. Shoreditch continues the evolution of the Kricket brand - introducing our first all-day café and bar concept at the front, alongside our signature restaurant experience to the back. Our aim is to create a special space where guests can dine, drink, connect and unwindall day, every day. The Group Kricket is a collection of modern Indian restaurants combining British ingredients with the flavours and aromas of India. Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf, and Soho, alongside our award-winning bar concept - SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally. What we look for We are on the search for a Sous Chef whohas plenty of previous experience in this role. Someone confident supporting their Head Chef across all areas includingordering, due diligence, menu creation/development, and maintaining our high standards.
