Key Responsibilities: Operate chemical processes including distillations, separations, transfers, and powder handling.Use of vacuum systems, nitrogen, and control panels in both standard and GMP areas.Monitor reactions and adapt to evolving production needs.Shift Pattern: 5-shift system: 2 days / 2 nights / 4 off (12-hour shifts: 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am), including most weekends and bank holidays. An 18-day break every 8 weeks includes 1 day of training. One hour paid break per shift.
