You will excel in delivering dynamic and engaging sessions while being passionate about guiding learners toward successfully achieving their qualifications and securing long-term employment.Duties: You will deliver engaging online training sessions to groups of learners working towards an accredited qualification, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement through initial assessments and providing tailored support. You will inspire and motivate learners to reach their full potential by using flexible teaching methods in an online environment, following TLA plans while adapting them to suit your style, and creating a positive, nurturing, and encouraging learning experience.
