You will work alongside the general restaurant manager.The Kitchen Manager we are looking for will have a high volume fresh food background with a mix of experience gained in production, and the branded and independant restaurant/cafe/pub/hotel sectors.The offer is quick service in style with a morning breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea offer served in lovely relaxed surroundings. All delivered with attentive service putting the customer experience at the heart of everything they do. It is a very busy operation so you absolutely need some volume experience.
