The role We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professionalBar Managerto join theHarBar on 6thteam. We are Southampton's destination rooftop bar and terrace, as part of the 5 star Harbour Hotel Southampton. This is a full time opportunity, to be a key member of the leadership team within the F&B operations, offeringup to £38,000 per annum+ generoustroncscheme. As Bar Manager you will already have experience of supervising staff, an excellent knowledge of wines and cocktails and be able to use this to train and develop the team. As Bar Manager you will lead by example and bring a real flair and passion to achieve service excellence in the department. Key Responsibilities:Team Management:Hire, train, and supervise bar team, including bartenders, servers, and support team. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve skills and performance. Schedule shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and events. Handle staff conflicts or issues and maintain a positive work environment Customer Service:Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
