What Youll Be Doing:Supporting the Family Help Practice Manager in managing a high-performing, child-centred service.Leading and supervising staff using a strengths-based, whole-family approach.Championing the Councils Progress with Unity values across all practice.Ensuring quality assessments, interventions, and outcomes through the Early Help Framework.Providing leadership on safeguarding, resilience-building, and inter-agency collaboration.Contributing to service performance and budget oversight.?
