The fine dining restaurant offers seasonal a la carte menus and taste menus with matching wine flights focusing on only the best ingredients available in the region. You must have supervisor experience in a similar hotel or restaurant environment and unfortunately without this experience, your application cant be considered. You will be working a beautifully renovated, country house hotel, oozing luxury and set within a stunning location and providing amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
